Where did the week go?

All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. Poor Jack :(. Meanwhile I have been so busy doing nothing my noodle bin hasn't been producing anything to type about or anything to post on TikTok

Plan was think of great little video, about 6 seconds long and post it Friday (today).

I was quietly nodding off when I remembered that I still hadn't done this simple little thing when I remembered that I'd not had a single decent thought of what to do (not indecent ones either).

So head over to TikTok and look at the pitiful effort I put in. Very poor.

What was I doing instead of trying to dream up content. Well I was farting around with Text to AI.

Text to AI and I have had a bumpy ride. I have generated one piece (after hours of asking nicely) that I liked (you may have seen it). Meanwhile the AI seem to be obsessed with providing some very interesting miss-interpretations, some quite funny, others scary.

Obviously I'm using the free versions (can't waste money, I'm saving up for a Toaster... did I tell you?)

The free version gives the option to buy more tokens or subscribe. Why would I subscribe though given that many of the images I've produced are "not very good" (by which I mean are shit)

Meanwhile I've been practising my spider and chord postions, let's see where tomorrows music lesson goes.

Finally (and this will tickle you) I've been trying to learn how to play my own material. Sounds daft maybe, but some of the music was done in a day and some months ago and then not played again, only listened to.

Also publishing the album has taken the wind out of my writing sail. I've got 4 or 5 tunes in various states of progress, but the lyrics are awful, not fun at all. It could be a lack of taast that is holding me back (note to self, eat toast, new note to self buy toaster, another note to self promote current effort to raise money... oh yeah).
